Ticket rate hike okayed

The big 4 finally got it!!. The ticket rate hike file which is in the pipeline from the last two months or so is reportedly been cleared successfully and the G.O. has been issued. Our 'superbly managed excellent' theatres can now charge a maximum rates of 20,40,50,70 for the four respective classes.

But here lies a catch. The rate hike must be maintained for atleast a period of 6 months by the theatre once its been in effect

It looks like Hyderabad theatre managements are going for 70 where as vijayawada cinema halls are satisfied with Rs.60.
