ABO Review : DohChay

`Dohchay` is a Stylish Con-Drama with Ample Romance & Entertainment.

Story :

`Dohchay` is the story of a Young Con-Man ( Naga Chaitanya ) and his one Major Job to Help Save his Father. The film is all about Who he is?, How he got there by Chance? and how he pulls it off in the end?.

Performances:

Naga Chaitanya as an Young Con-Man is cool. He is Adequate, although could have done better at times. Kriti Sanon fits the bill and did her part with ease. Posani in a leading Negative role is typical and Good. Ravibabu as a Corrupt and Egoistic Cop is more than Adequate. Brahmanandam is al-right. Rest of the Supporting Cast are fine.

Technical Departments:

Music: Sunny is in top form with Sound Track which is a Major Highlight. Songs are shot well and a couple are nice but a few others are Speed-breakers.

Cinematography: Good.

Editing: Adequate.

Stunts: Realistic, Adequate.

Analysis :

The film is a Typical Con-Drama with Good Climax. The film starts off on an interesting note and starts moving by Establishing Characters, Romantic Track and situational Comedy. A couple of songs which are shot well and Good Interval makes it an Okay 1st half and gives it scope to do even better in the 2nd. The other Half dwells on the past and the Main Job leading into a Hilarious Climax Making it an easy one time watch. On the flip side, it may not appeal in B&C Centres as well as it does to Audiences from Cities and Towns. The Treatment is Pretty stylish and some what classy here and strangely there isn`t any Strong Negative Character. Nevertheless, `Dohchay` is still a good One-time watch.

3. Sound Track.

Minus

1. Drag in 2nd half, 1 Song too many.

2. Ordinary Comedy.

Rating: 3.25 / 5 ( An Easy One Time Watch )

Box-office Verdict :

`Dohchay` has been sold by Makers in all areas for very manageable rates. It should be minimum Guarantee Performer at the Box-office in Major Centres. Anything more is a bonus.
