Raghuvaran.. is a Decent Entertainer which especially appeals to Youth.

Story :

Raghuvaran is an Engineering Graduate, who is tired of attending interview after interview only to get rejected. Then, one unexpected incident changes his whole life. The film chronicles his `Civil Engineer` ambitions in an Entertaining manner.

Analysis :

The film`s 1st half is entertaining and 2nd half is average. It is an youthful entertainer laced with decent romance & sentiment. The realistic subject is a big plus for the film as most of the Present day youth can easily identify themselves with `Raghuvaran`. It is a Decent entertainer which could have been better in parts of 2nd half. On the other hand, there aren`t any boring moments in the film and it is pretty much a watchable flick especially for Youth.

Performances:

Dhanush did a good job and pulled of the entire film on his shoulders. Amala Paul is adequate. Saranya in a typical mother role did well too. Rest are adequate.

Technical Departments:

Music: Some Good tunes messed up by Poor lyrics, nevertheless passable on screen. Sound track is Pretty good.

Cinematography: Nice, 1 of the positives!.

Editing: Fair enough.

Stunts : Simple and adequate.

Box-office Verdict:

This was released on their own by Makers, mostly in all areas. BO Prospects are limited but it is a decent filler for Exhibitors before Festive Biggies take over.
