ABO Mini Review : Oohalu GusaGusalade

Oohalu GusaGusalade is a Watchable Rom-Com which might work for the Urban Cine-Goers.

Story : Venkateswara Rao ( Sourya ) & Prabhavati ( Raasi ) are on a Summer Vacation in Vizag. They instantly gel together and love blossoms. But differences about the way forward and egos mean Prabhavati walks away. Venkateswara Rao whose dream is to become to a News Reader moves on and later joins a TV Network owned by Uday ( Srinivas ). After a few years Prabhavati unexpectedly comes back into Venkat`s life but now he has competition!.

Story & Screen Play : Interesting Story line with Good Dialogues and ordinary screen-play. Starts off on a slow note and picks up beautifully until Interval. The Best Part of the film is set in Vizag. The 2nd Half gets interesting initially and becomes slightly confused for some time towards Climax. Climax is cool and Predictable. A Decent film which may work and leave a good impact if you connect to the film.. But Otherwise an ordinary Rom-Com which had its moments.

Performances : Both Sourya & Raasi Did well. Srinivas is a bit irritating at times but his role justifies it and is good. The rest have a very limited part and are adequate.

Songs & Background Music : `Em Sandeham Ledu` is superb. BGM is apt and soothing.

Direction : Decent.

Plus : Dialogues, Music, Cinematography & Lead Chemistry

Minus : Start, Confused 2nd Half Plot & Average Comedy

Overall Movie Rating : 3.25 / 5 ( Watchable )

BoxOffice Verdict :

The film is an Urban rom-Com and has scope to score well with Youth. It all depends on how well it is received and does in Hyderabad.
