Villa is an intelligent suspense thriller which manages to keep you engaged, watch it for its writing & well researched screenplay.

Story : An young Writer ( Ashok Selvan ) & his painter lover ( Sanchita Shetty ) moves to a Villa inherited to the former from his father. They discover some strange things happening there which has a connection to their real life. The rest deals with unlocking the mystery to an extent.

Story & Screen Play : The film doesn`t have any connection with Pizza. It is a brand new script which manages to thrill the audience without any big horror elements. 1st half of the film is used to buildup the momentum for the things to unfold and interval is good. 2nd half of the film is fast paced with crisp editing and ends the film on a high.

Performances : Ashok & Sanchita delivered good performances. Nasser and etc., are adequate.

Music : Music is more or less good.

Direction : Okay.

Plus : Suspense , Screenplay, Editing & camera.

Minus : Slow 1st half & Lectures.
