‘Ghani` :  A Boring Sports Drama!

Story : 

Ghani dreams to be a Champion boxer but keeps his dream under wraps from her mother. He catches the attention of a Former Champion (Sunil Shetty) who is once an opponent of Ghani`s father. He learns about the conspiracy which led to his father`s downfall and decides to teach the Corrupt administrators a lesson.

Performances:

Varun Tej has put in a lot of effort for the right physic and all and this is a job almost well done. Upendra tries in vain to make an impact but the rushed up happenings let him down. Suniel Shetty is ordinary but apt. Nadiya is okay and Jagapathi Babu & Naresh are boring. Saiee Manjrekar is a decent act.

Music: Ordinary and lacks a chartbuster!

Cinematography: Good.

Editing: Ordinary.

Action : Okay!

Analysis : 

`Ghani` struggles to connect with the audiences on an emotional level from the word `Go`. The film deserved a Tight Screenplay with Good Emotions and Inspiring Moments but totally failed to provide a single Hair Raising Episode. This was a poorly baked, lavishly made, sincerely enacted Sports Drama but the result is a Boring Affair which is hard to recommend.
