ABO Review : 'MCA'

`MCA` is a Decent Commercial Entertainer.

Story :

Two Brothers (Nani & Rajeev) lead a happy life in Medak. Nani feels alienated once his brother marries (Bhumika) and moves to Hyderabad to live with his Paternal Uncle. After a few years, Nani had to go back upon his brother`s request who asks him to help out his Vadhina (Bhumika) due to her Transfer to Warangal. Nani moves along with his Vadhina who is a Strict RTO. Siva (Vijay Varma) who is running a Private Travels Fleet runs into issues with the RTO (Bhumika) and Nani comes to the rescue. How Nani saves his family from Siva forms the rest.

Performances:

Nani in yet another Boy-Next-Door role, delivers the goods with a Fabulous Performance and is great with his Comedy Timing and Dialogues. Bhumika plays a very important role and is good. Sai Pallavi shines in an aggressive character and is very good. Vijay Varma as a Stubborn Villain is adequate. Rajeev, Priyadarsi, Naresh, Posani and other supporting cast are also adequate.

Technical Departments:

Music: Pretty Ordinary. DSP is certainly capable of so much better.

Cinematography: Good.

Editing: Adequate.

Analysis :

The film starts off as a Romantic Comedy and ends as a Regular Commercial Entertainer with Comedy, Romance, Family Emotions and loads of Action. The 1st Half of MCA is especially good with all-round Entertainment and the 2nd half is a little dragged affair and is ordinary. Emotions and Characterizations worked out well in this flick which has an Over The Top Narration. Despite its share of flaws, it is a pretty Decent and Watchable affair for all section of audiences.

Rating: 3 / 5 (Watchable)

Box-office Verdict :

The film is receiving Decent reports from the Audience. Considering the Opening & WoM, it is sure to be an average earner at-least, if not an outright Hit. It also depends on the fate of other competing releases.
