Ra One  a visual extravaganza falls flat with bad execution and poor concept.

Story : Characters of a Video Game Ra One & G One comes out in real. How G One protects the family of his creator from Ra One forms the rest of the story.

Screenplay : Poor

Music & BGM :  Songs are good on screen, BGM is so so.

Performances : SRK did an okay job and Kareena, Arjun & the Kid did equally well.

Visuals :  Good

1.     Interval & Train episodes in 2^nd Half

Bad :

1. Lack of emotional connect.
2. Minimal thrills with lots of routine stunt sequences.
