ABO Review : 'Nenu Sailaja'

`Nenu Sailaja` is a 90`s Style Family Rom-Com, intelligently Rehashed for the New Generation. A Largely Enjoyable Emotional roller-coaster ride.

Story :

Sailaja (Keerthy suresh) is a Childhood flame of Hari (Ram) but both get separated after Hari`s family moves to Visakhapatnam. They eventually meet later in their 20s and Slowly fall for each other and also realize their Sweet past. But there lies the twist in the tale when Sailaja starts avoiding Hari after he proposes love. Why ? and how Their story ends happily ever after forms the rest.

Performances:

Ram did a Good Job and is especially great in Love Track!. Keerthy suresh got a meaty role and makes a confident Telugu Debut. Satyaraj is Good. Prince, Srimukhi and Dhanya play supporting cast and are adequate. Pradeep Rawat plays an entertaining character and stands out. Naresh and etc., are adequate. And there aren`t any Leading comedians in this flick!.

Technical Departments:

Music: DSP`s tunes are good, and songs are shot well and timed right.

Cinematography: Adequate.

Editing: Adequate.

Action: Limited scope, Adequate.

Analysis :

`Nenu Sailaja` is largely predictable but still mostly entertaining!. It is the Neat Intelligent Screen-play which makes the film going and works in its favor. The 1st half is especially cool and is good mostly dealing with the Love angle. The 2nd half might feel a little dragged considering the climax is very much predictable but is still okay with the Family emotions working to a large extent!. The film is not laced with any comedy Tracks or spoofs but still got lots of humor thanks to funny Situations and Characterizations!. It is a Roller coaster ride of Enjoyable Romance with Family Sentiment and situation-al humor!. A Little Fresh film considering movies of this kind were made only in late 90`s mostly Starring Venkatesh. It is a good rehashed Version appealing to the new Generation. Youth & Family audiences can easily watch this once.
