ABO Review : 'Jadoogadu'

An Average Action Entertainer which could and should have been a lot better. Read on for more on `Jadoogadu`

Story :

Krishna (Naga Shaurya) comes to City aiming to be a Crorepati as fast as he can!. He turns a Private Money Recovery agent which makes him close to a Bada Don (Zakir). This Don decides to use him as a Binami for A big Deal. What follows is how Krishna withstands all the Baddies and Pressure to finally outsmart and over-power all.

Performances:

Naga Shaurya in a Mass role which is different to his earlier ones, has managed to put-up a Good show. Zakir Hussain played the main Baddie and is adequate. Sonarika looks fab but is strictly average in enacting her part. Saptagiri & Thagubotu Ramesh did well in their not-so exciting cameo`s. Ajay, Kota Srinivasa Rao, Ravi Kale, Ashish Vidyardhi play the other Important roles and are fine.

Technical Departments:

Music: Sagar Mahati`s Tunes are average and the Beach Song is good on-screen. Back ground score is Good too.

Cinematography: Adequate.

Editing: Adequate.

Stunts: Okay in-general although Over the top at times.

Analysis :

`Jadoogadu` is an Action entertainer with a dash of romance and comedy. The film`s main theme is all about Money- Recovery, Deals, Drug Trafficking and Mafia. 1st half of the film is the better one with Decent Action and an interesting Interval setting up a Promising 2nd half. But 2nd half has faltered considerably and is dragged on without much of a story by adding Half-baked comedy. The ending is fairly good which managed to make this an average flick on the whole. It had scope to be a fairly good one initially but the treatment and narration later have spoiled the show to an extent. This can still be a decent watch if Action is your thing since it is a Decent one at that.

1. Dragged 2nd half.

2. Half-baked Comedy.

Rating: 2.75 / 5 ( At Your Own Risk )

Box-office Verdict :

The film has content to do average business at the Box-office. But the start today is not encouraging.
