Review : Bandhipotu

`Bandhipotu` is a Con-Revenge Drama with Entertaining Narration.

Story :

An Young Lady ( Eesha ) Hires a Con-Man ( Naresh ) to take Revenge on 3 Rich Businessmen ( Thanikella, Rao Ramesh & Posani ) who ruined her Father & Family in the past. `Bandhipotu` is all about the 3 Con-Jobs and making them Pay.

Analysis :

First things first, `Bandhipotu` is not a comedy. It is a Con-man`s Entertaining Revenge which has a bit of Class feel attached in its Narration and Dialogues. Both the 1st half and 2nd half`s are Okay to good with Good screen-play taking the film forward effortlessly. The film has a good climax and conclusion but is pretty average in Comedy. Although two popular comedy faces are in it, they haven`t been used to good effect. It is still a worth a Try thanks to its screen-play and Performances of Lead actors. Mohan Krishna Indraganti has impressed with his Direction and dealt the story fairly well barring its comedy part. It is Worth a Try for New `Eedara Naresh`.

Performances:

This an entirely different role for `Allari Naresh`, who is popular for Lead Comedy roles. He has been able to pull this off as a Con-Man with ease and did under-play nicely, although could have done even better then and there. Rao Ramesh, Thanikella Bharani & Posani Krishna Murali played the 3 baddies to good effect. Eesha is neither a good enough actor, nor adds Glam quotient. Sampoornesh has a supporting role and is so-so. Saptagiri, Chandra Mohan, Shayazi Shinde & Subhalekha Sudhakar are fine. And An ordinary Item Song featuring Shradda Das.

Technical Departments:

Music: Kalyani Malik`s Tunes are average and are ordinary on-screen too. Sound Track is a bit better and is Adequate.

Cinematography: Adequate work from PG Vinda.

Editing: Cool job by Dharmendra.K.

Box-office Verdict:

The film was released in most of the areas on their own by Makers. It has limited appeal in B & C Centres unlike Regular Naresh starers despite appealing supporting Cast. Bandhipotu`s success depends on how well it can drag the crowds to theatres in A Centres.
