Mini Review : Maaya

Maaya is a different Thriller based on ESP ( Extra Sensory Perception )!.

Story :

News Channel Reporter Megahna (Avantika) & Fashion Designer Siddarth Varma ( Harsha Vardhan ) meet at an event and start dating. One fine day, Meghana finds out that Siddarth actually is set to marry her friend Pooja ( Sushma Raj) . On top of that Meghana has ESP ( Extra Sensory Perception ) with which she can forsee future which reveals some uncomfortable things. What are these and what is the relation between Siddarth & Pooja forms the rest!.

Analysis:

The concept ain`t entirely new as many of our A Centre audience already have seen in Holly films.. Although a some what interesting Screen-play it has a few loopholes in it. And the film is slow at times and racy for some part. The Good Climax saved the film to some extent and it ends up as an average kinda film which might appeal to A Centres.

Performances : Harshavardhan has improved. Sushma Raj is fine and Avantika is poor. Rest are adequate.

Songs & Background Music : Decent Songs & BGM.

Direction : Average.
