ABO Mini Review : Bangaru Kodipeeta

Bangaru Kodipetta is a Decent Heist thriller. You may watch it for its interesting Story.

Story : 3 Different Stories mixed and leading to a situation. Bhanumathi ( Swathi ) works in an Energy Drinks company along with Vamsi ( Navdeep ). When her Boss tries to take advantage of her `Fake Degree` and harass her, she quits and conspires with Vamsi to rob the Company`s Gold coming in a truck from Bangalore. A Poor Village Guy ( Santosh ) turned Pizz Delivery Boy in search of Acting chances and Twin Brothers ( Ram - Laxman ) unexpectedly enter the Plot. How they all are connected to the situation forms the rest.

Story & Screen Play : Good Story line with half interesting screen-play. But it should have been more short in run time. 1st half feels very slow. As the story unfolds, 2nd half gets better and ending is good. Performances and Casting are very important for this sort of film and BKP falters on that front. Nevertheless a good attempt.

Performances : Navdeep did a decent job. Swati did okay but some how that much needed energy is missing. Ram-Laxman are poor. Harshavardhan did well. `Pizza` Boy Santosh is decent.

Songs & Background Music : Music is adequate and decent. BGM is apt if not great.

Direction : Okay. Nice attempt but casting should have been better.

Plus : Story & Climax.

Minus : Slow & Performances.

Overall Movie Rating : 3 / 5 ( You may watch it )

BoxOffice Verdict :

The film was made on a low budget and found buyers in many areas. It is a limited appealing film mainly to Youth & Urban audience. Its unlikely to make a big impact Box-office wise but has got chances to be an Average earner.
