ABO Mini Review : Veerudokkade

Veerudokkade is a passable Mass entertainer. More suited for its Target Tamil audience.

Story :

Veerendra ( Ajith ), an angry `aged` Village man fears marriage because it might create differences and end up spoiling his big family of 5 brothers. But the brothers have a different view and want to find a bride for their Big brother Veerendra so that they can also settle down marrying their respective love interests. They find a match in Gomathi Devi ( Tamanna ), a Temple Restoration artist who comes to the village. But she is from a family which hates all these fights & violence. How Gomathi and Veerendra & Bro`s become one big Happy family forms the rest.

Story & Screen Play :

Predictable story line with Massy narration. The Film, set in village locales makes for a decent watch for its Target audience largely thanks to its action episodes, punch dialogues and power packed scenes. The entertainment quotient is mixed adequately too.

Performances : Ajith did a fine job. Tamanna is cute and nice. Santhanam, Pradeep Rawat, Nazar & Atul Kulakarni did their bit.

Songs & Background Music : Music is pretty average. BGM is apt and good.

Direction : Okay.

Plus : Action & Comedy.

Minus : Predictable & Songs

Overall Movie Rating : 3 / 5 ( You May Watch it )

BoxOffice Verdict :

The film was released by Bhimavaram Talkies after deal with OMICS broke down. The film got decent prices in all areas. Whether it can recover the same depends on its 1st weekend performance.
