Story :

Satyadev (Pawan Kalyan) is a highly respected Ex- lawyer with a tragic past. Pallavi ( Nivetha Thomas), Zarina (Anjali) and Divya ( Ananya Nagalla) get into trouble with a well connected lad after a sexual harassment incident in a resort. How Satyadev fights for the Women forms the rest.

Performances:

Pawan Kalyan delivered a whistle worthy performance. Anjali, Nivetha Thomas & Ananya did a convincingly good job in full length roles. Prakash Raj proved to be an able supporting act along with Vamshi, Mukesh Rishi and others. Shruti Haasan had an extended cameo.

Technical Departments:

Music: Decent. Sound Track is an asset.

Cinematography: Good.

Editing: Decent.

Stunts: Over The Top. Adequate.

Analysis :

‘Vakeel Saab’ is a message driven commercialised court room drama which manages to entertain raising pertinent points. The 1st half of the film is ordinary but the 2nd half is good and very engaging. Pawan Holds the film together well with the 3 Important Women Characters having ample scope in very central roles. The Star almost played himself and this is very well adapted for him keeping his rebellious image in mind. Thaman’s Music and Thiru’s Dialogues stand out. Overall a Decent Watch!.

Box-office Verdict :

Although the prevailing situation is becoming unpredictable, with no noted releases in 2nd week this may prove to be a commercial success unless Night Curfew is forced upon us!.
