ABO Review : 'Chaavu Kabaru Challaga'

‘Chaavu Kabaru Challaga` is a Poorly Executed Drama with an Interesting Plot.

Story :

Balaraju (Kartikeya) leads life running a funeral van. He falls in love with (Nurse) Mallika (Lavanya) and proposes to her at the funeral of her husband!!. Despite rejection, he continues to love and keeps stalking her. Can they ever unite?.

Performances:

Kartikeya has certainly did his homework and fits into in the role of `Basti Balaraju` aptly well. Lavanya gets to showcase some of her acting ability and is alright. Senior Actress Aamani and Murali Sharma shine in important roles.

Technical Departments:

Music: Average.

Cinematography: Decent.

Editing: Average.

Analysis :

“Chaavu Kaburu Challaga” takes off on a strange and almost weird note. This probably would have been very appealing and exciting on-paper but the screen-play leaves audiences embarrassed. Although the plot managed to raise curiosity levels at times, the film is a highly dragged affair. Kartikeya’s performance is the only thing to talk about in this poor take of an interesting plot.
