ABO Review : 'Sarileru Neekevaru'

`Sarileru Neekevvaru` is a Regular Commercial Pot-boiler.

Story :

Major Ajay (Mahesh)`s Team goes on a mission to save few Kidnapped Children from Terrorists in Kashmir. A Comrade gets severely injured and Ajay takes it upon himself to handle this sensitive issue with his family (in Kurnool, AP). After getting to know that they (Vijayashanthi and co) are in trouble, Ajay goes on a rampage against the Ruling Politician (Prakash Raj) who is after them. The rest is how he solves the mess and transforms the Politician.

Performances:

Mahesh Babu looks very energetic and leaves a good impact. Prakash Raj turns out to be an able Antagonist. Rashmika`s antics may not work well considering the Over The Top Characterisation. Rao Ramesh, Sangeetha, Rajendra Prasad, Murali Sharma, Posani, Ajay, Subbaraju, Vennela Kishore and other supporting cast are adequate.

Technical Departments:

Music: Ordinary. Background score is fine.

Cinematography: Good.

Editing: Okay.

Stunts: Obviously Over The Top and yet Good.

Analysis :

`Sarileru..` is a Regular Commercial Pot-boiler from Mahesh taking a break from Message oriented Entertainers. The film has a very simple story line and rides majorly on the Action Episodes and Comedy with logic taking a backseat. But only Action (which is Powerful enough) has worked and the Comedy turned out to be Mediocre and sometimes even forced. The 1st half of the film is average and the 2nd half caters to masses and works to a major extent. Nevertheless, this has something in it for everyone and is probably a decent one time watch. But keep your expectations in check.

Box-office Verdict :

With another Biggie up for Release Tomorrow it is impractical to judge its Box-office Potential. But the film holds Mass appeal and the Team can expect a Minimum Guarantee affair.
