`Saamy(2)` is a Boring & Outdated Cop Drama!.

Story : 

Rama Saamy (Vikram) who aims to join Civil Services, works for a Central Minister (Prabhu). After clearing the Tests, Saamy chooses to be a Police Officer (IPS) and lands in Vijayawada. The rest is how Saamy avenges his Father.

Performances:

Vikram looks ferocious and tries his best to save the film with his performance. Bobby Simha plays the main antagonist and is good. Keerthy Suresh, Soori and Aishwarya Rajesh haven`t got much to play with and are ordinary.

Analysis : 

`Saamy` is a Poorly made Cop Drama which is a literal Borefest. The film aims to build on the Nostalgia of the 2003/2004 Original and that is the only positive thing to talk about. With an Outdated Story, Predictable and Routine Screenplay, Saamy is a Borefest right from the word Go. Coupled with Poor Music and B-Grade Comedy, this Probably isn`t worth a visit to the theatres.
