ABO Review : 'Aatagallu'

`Aatagallu` is a Poor Crime Thriller

Story :

A Popular Director (Nara Rohit) stands accused for the murder of his wife (Darshana Banik). Public Prosecutor (Jagapathi Babu) takes up the case and uncovers some discrepancies with the evidence. Who actually did it and why forms the rest.

Performances:

Nara Rohit and Jagapathi Babu are capable performers and they delivered the goods. Darshana Banik is pretty ordinary and doesn`t make much impact. Subbaraju and Tulasi are good.

Technical Departments:

Music: Background score is decent.

Cinematography: Adequate.

Editing: Adequate.

Analysis :

`Aatagallu` is a Poorly Made Crime Thriller with Mind Games and Twists. The 1st half of the film is especially boring and the 2nd half is somewhat better with twists and motives being revealed. `Aatagallu` although deals with a partly interesting story is letdown by Outdated narration and the comedy and romantic parts are pretty poor.
