Oh My Friend is an youthful urban entertainer dealing with relationships. The subject is highly complicated and the director, a debutant expectedly fell short of expectations in handling it.

Story: Siddu & Shruti are very close friends right from childhood. How their friendship affected their love lives and what is love and what is friendship forms rest of the story.

Story & Screen Play : Okay story with rather Confusing narration with artificial emotions. Climax & Kerala ( as per narrative ) Comedy are the saving grace.

Performances :The character is tailor-made for Siddarth who comes out with a good performance. Shruthi, Navdeep & Hansika did their best to do justice for their roles. Hansika is too flabby and is an odd pair with Siddu.

Songs & Background Music : Good, a big plus.

Direction : Average.

Plus : Music & Last half an hour.

Minus : Complicated issues and artificial emotions.

Oh My Friend is made on a medium budget with less than 10Cr. With the release of 250 odd screens the film got, recovery shouldn’t be a big issue for the producer. But the commercial viability for a few buyers in Andhra & Ceeded is doubtful.
