`Tuntari`, is an Average and Passable Entertainer.
Story: A Swamiji presents a Gang of friends with a Future Newspaper, advance dated by 4 months. They realize Raju (Nara Rohit), an aimless wanderer is going to win a Big Boxing championship from that Newspaper. They approach Raju who is initially adamant and finally convinces him to take-up boxing.
Analysis : `Tuntari` doesn`t take itself too seriously and is watchable till that moment. The Climax is evident in the 1st scene itself and it rides on the Entertainment value of the Characters whole through. The 1st half of the flick is clearly better one and the 2nd is let down by unnecessary songs and dip in pace. Climax is passable and on the whole it is an average experience.
Performances:
Plenty of fine performances for whole cast considering the Characterizations are quite good. Nara Rohit`s Natural Act steals the show.
Songs & Background Music : Music is ordinary and there isn`t much scope for the songs. But the Background score is top notch.
Stunts : Amateurish.
Direction : is Okay.
Plus : Comedy and Emotions.
Minus : Dragged 2nd half and Songs.
Overall Movie Rating : 2.75 / 5
Box-Office Verdict : Has scope to be an Average Earner but the timing is a worry.
