ABO Review : Sardaar Gabbar Singh

`Sardaar Gabbar Singh` is a Routine Commercial Entertainer aimed at Fans and Masses.

Story :

Sardaar arrives in a Village which is suffering in the hands of a Ruthless Rajput. How Sardaar stands up for people against his atrocities and ends his tyranny forms the rest.

Performances:

Pawan Kalyan`s One Man show. He tried his best to Entertain his fans but probably could have done even better if not for his own weak script. Kajal is adequate if not entirely good. Sharad Kelkar is Fearsome and fine. Mukesh Rishi is Good. Ali and Gabbar Gang are adequate.

Technical Departments:

Music: DSP`s tunes are ordinary and Background Score is More than adequate.

Cinematography: Good.

Editing: Okay.

Action/Stunts: Over the top and Loud.

Analysis :

The 1st half of the flick is Okay and 2nd half is below Par. `Sardaar Gabbar Singh` runs on steroids right through with lots and lots of Action, comedy and some Romance. The Romantic track could have been better. The Dialogues have been a plus but the Emotions haven`t worked out well in the film largely. Pawan with his Typical Attitude and Mannerisms will be a treat to his fans. Over dosage of action elements is a dampener which after some point is slightly irritating. There is nothing exciting or compelling in the screen-play which is rather flat and solely depends on Pawan to run the show. This could be a Decent watch to Masses and Pawan Fans might enjoy it more.

2. Rivalry with the Villain.

1. Too Long.

2. Over Dosage of Action.

Box-office Verdict :

The film has to cash in on as much as it can in Opening Weekend. It has scope to do Decent Business considering the Star, Huge Hype and Commercial Aspects. Yet the Best Possible Result one can expect from this is `Average` as the Costs involved are way Too High.
