ABO Review : 'BBM'

`Bhale Bhale Magadivoi` (BBM) is a Fresh and Hilarious Romantic comedy. An Enjoyable Ride which you probably shouldn`t miss out on.

Story :

Lucky (Nani) has Temporary Amnesia ( Mathimarupu in Telugu) right from Childhood. He will forget any thing, situtaion or work he is on currently, if another important thing, work or conversation comes across. This condition also irritates a few people who ridicule him. He then meets Nandini (Lavanya) Co-incidentally and falls for her on first sight. BBM is his journey and struggle for a happy ending despite all the limitations.

Performances:

Clearly Nani is at his best in this with impeccable timing. He has truly lived the character and did exceptionally well, delivering an All-round Performance. Gorgeous and Natural Lavanya is apt and more than Adequate for the Character. Murali Sharma, Naresh, Praveen and Vennela Kishore are superb. Srinivasa Reddy, Ajay, Vikram and other supporting cast are fine and adequate.

Technical Departments:

Music: Gopi Sunder`s Music is impressive, especially the Background Score which took the film to next level. Songs are well shot and are enjoyable on-screen as most are timed aptly.

Cinematography: Good.

Editing: Fine.

Action: Only 1 sequence in climax, Adequate.

Analysis :

Maruti after taking his own time has come out with a Novel Script in BBM. The film`s story line is a Major plus for the movie which enhances the Entertainment Value. 1st half is good with both romance and comedy working out largely. 2nd half is hilarious for major part although ends predictably, it is equally good 2nd half on the whole. BBM is an Enjoyable ride for the Most part and songs are also timed well except the Mass number which is understandable for commercial reasons. A Good Screen-play without much drag makes it an Out and Out entertainer with Good Romance, Decent Emotions and a Dash of action. A Pretty good watch on the whole and is Maruti`s Best Work so far.
